DIY Clock, do it yourself.   Metal Roman numerals and ticks with a foam backing to add depth are self-adhesive.  The movement is quartz and the suggested size is 18" diameter, but you can make it as small or large or oddly shaped as you want.  Heck, even put it on a window if your design sense deems it so!  Numbers and ticks are about 3.5" long each.
